No.20590 of 2011\n                            Kislay Kishore\n                                Versus\n                          The State Of Bihar\n                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   15.07.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is one of the named accused in<\/p>\n<p>                   connection with Dharahara P.S. Case No. 31\/2011 for<\/p>\n<p>                   the offences under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468<\/p>\n<p>                   and 471 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the<\/p>\n<p>                   court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, being<\/p>\n<p>                   posted as Block Development Officer during relevant<\/p>\n<p>                   period,     during     such      time,        some     sort     of<\/p>\n<p>                   irregularities\/illegalities    were    said    to    have     been<\/p>\n<p>                   committed specifically regarding issuance of cheques<\/p>\n<p>                   to the beneficiaries under Indira Awas Scheme. The<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner was posted there from a different place of<\/p>\n<p>                   service and remained for a limited short period and<\/p>\n<p>                   came      back   to   his     parent   place    at    his     own<\/p>\n<p>                   representation. One of the co-accused Abhi Nandan<\/p>\n<p>                   Kumar appears granted privilege by a Bench of this<\/p>\n<p>                   Court vide order dated 16.06.2011 passed in Cr. Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                   No. 19103\/2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering the facts and circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner<\/p>\n<p>          be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of sum of<\/p>\n<p>          Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>          the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>          Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          Dharhara P.S.
