No.28125 of 2010\n                                  GAUTAM KUMAR\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2    15.9.2010             Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                           Petitioner is alleged for kidnapping the<\/p>\n<p>                 victim        girl     but    after     appearing          she     made<\/p>\n<p>                 statement            under         section          164      Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                 corroborating           her     love        affair        with     this<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner which was taken in a writ (Cr.WJC<\/p>\n<p>                 No.605 of 2010) filed by Phool Kumari herself<\/p>\n<p>                 and by order dated 2.8.2010 she was released in<\/p>\n<p>                 favour of this petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Thus,        having      regard    to     the    facts   and<\/p>\n<p>                 circumstances          of    the     case,    in    the    event     of<\/p>\n<p>                 arrest or surrender within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>                 date of communication of this order, the above<\/p>\n<p>                 named petitioner shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                 furnishing           bail     bond     of     Rs.     10,000\/-(ten<\/p>\n<p>                 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                 each     to    the     satisfaction          of    Chief    Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                 Magistrate, Khagaria in Beldaur P.S.
