Jindal, J<br \/>\n               Claimant-appellant has preferred this appeal for enhancement<br \/>\nagainst the award dated 12.11.2007 passed by the Motor Accident Claims<br \/>\nTribunal, Kurukshetra.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Learned counsel for the appellant has offered to settle the claim<br \/>\nby enhancing the compensation to the tune of Rs.30,000\/- over and above<br \/>\nthe award amount, to which Mr. Vivek Singla, Advocate for the respondent<br \/>\nNo.3- Insurance Company has agreed.\n<\/p>\n<p>               As such, on consensus of the parties, this appeal is partly<br \/>\nallowed. Now the appellant would be entitled to receive a sum of<br \/>\nRs.30,000\/- over and above the award amount, which would be deposited by<br \/>\nthe company within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order,<br \/>\nfailing which the appellant would be entitled to receive interest at the rate as<br \/>\nawarded by the Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<pre>August 10, 2009                                            (A.N.
