Mr.Sunil Shah, learned Advocate waives service of<br \/>\nrule on behalf of respondent No.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tBy<br \/>\nway of this application, the applicant has prayed to modify the order<br \/>\ndated 09.08.2007 passed by this Court in Special Criminal Application<br \/>\nNo.976 of 2007 to the extent that the original petitioner shall pay<br \/>\nthe sum of Rs.2500\/- to the applicant Shri Anil T.Bijlani for and on<br \/>\nbehalf of Erstwhile M\/s.Kiran Stationers by Demand Draft and\/or by<br \/>\nPay Order.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe averments in the application, prayer in terms of Para 5(B) is<br \/>\ngranted. Instead of payment of Rs.2500\/- in the name of Kiran<br \/>\nStationaries, original petitioner is directed to pay  sum of<br \/>\nRs.2500\/- as directed by this Court in the aforesaid application<br \/>\ndirectly to Shri Anil T.Bijlani by Demand Draft and\/or Pay Order<br \/>\nwithin a period of 10(ten) days from today.
