No. 2211 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                            The   appellant,   Karamlal     Harijan,   has<\/p>\n<p>                   renewed his prayer for bail in the light of the<\/p>\n<p>                   observation made in the Order, dated 05.11.2009 that<\/p>\n<p>                   in case the appeal is not heard and disposed of within<\/p>\n<p>                   a year, he may renew his prayer for bail. Even<\/p>\n<p>                   otherwise, the appellant has remained in custody for<\/p>\n<p>                   seven years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering this fact, the prayer for bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   behalf of the appellant, namely, Karamlal Harijan, is<\/p>\n<p>                   allowed.
