NO.  9720 OF 2004\n\n                    ---------------------------------------\n\n                   Dated this the 5th day of July, 2007.\n\n\n                                   J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             i)       issue   a   writ   of   mandamus   or   any   other   writ   or<\/p>\n<p>             appropriate directions to the respondents not to prevent<\/p>\n<p>             ingress   and   egress   to   the   courts   from   the   present<\/p>\n<p>             eastern   main   gate   from   the   state   high   way   and<\/p>\n<p>             commanding   them   to   effect   the   segregation   of<\/p>\n<p>             government   offices   in   a   way   that   will   cause   least<\/p>\n<p>             interference to functioning of courts as well as in a way<\/p>\n<p>             that causes least inconvenience to the public as well as<\/p>\n<p>             presiding officers, court officers, court staff, advocates,<\/p>\n<p>             clerks and litigants.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>      2.  After having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and learned Government Pleader, it appears that the issue can be<\/p>\n<p>resolved   once   the   second   respondent   looks   into   the   same   with<\/p>\n<p>notice  to  the Advocates&#8217;  Association  and the  fourth   respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as follows.\n<\/p>\n<p>      There will be a  direction to the second respondent to  look<\/p>\n<p>into the matter with notice to the Presiding Officer, the President<\/p>\n<p>and   Secretary   of   the   Advocates&#8217;   Association,   petitioner   and   the<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P. (C). 9720\/04                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>fourth   respondent.
