It is  th:ew..:vpetit,ion’erS that originally the<\/p>\n
property ” d   One Narasirnha Murthy.<\/p>\n
Narasimhia_VhhM1,1rt.h4Vyi._soI.d’ the said property in favour of<\/p>\n
 Ja.rfa1gan1rna. hddanaiikamma died issueless. Therefore,<\/p>\n
 ‘ the-V.p1″opert\u00a7:f’devolved upon her husband G.Kannaiah.<\/p>\n
 had executed a Will bequeathing the<\/p>\n
 property in favour of the petitioners. The meter<\/p>\n
 installed in the premises in question stood in the name<\/p>\n
  G.Kannaiah, who is no more. The 2″” respondent<\/p>\n
also claims title to the said property. It is his case that<\/p>\n
it<\/p>\n

\nhis father Narasimha Murthy had not executed any sale<\/p>\n
deed in favour of Janakamma and he has <\/p>\n
the property after the death of his father\ufb01iiltv  <\/p>\n
dispute that a suit filed by the :petitioner_s <\/p>\n
in respect of the said propertgdz\ufb02ipsl’-pending1’before'”the.,<\/p>\n
Civil Court. The 1st respondent haslissuehd  order as<\/p>\n
per Annexure–K dated. ‘1r.;-pcordingwdvvthe name
\nof the original owner’  the electrical
\ninstallation  pr’operty—-in question.
