The main contention is that first respondent has not<\/p>\n<p>considered Exhibits P2 to P5. If that be so, petitioner may point<\/p>\n<p>out the same before the first respondent himself, in which case,<\/p>\n<p>the  first  respondent     will  consider    those   aspects also,<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.
