JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n\t\t\tDate\n: 27\/12\/2010 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>1.\tMs.\n<\/p>\n<p>Moxa Thakkar, learned Assistant Government Pleader states that she<br \/>\nshall be filing the affidavit-in-reply in the Registry, during the<br \/>\ncourse of the day.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tMr.\n<\/p>\n<p>Dipen Desai, learned advocate for the petitioner in each of the<br \/>\npetitions, submits that pursuant to issuance of notice in the<br \/>\npetition, it has come to the notice of the petitioners that the State<br \/>\nGovernment has issued instructions to the concerned Ashramshala<br \/>\nOfficer, to dispense with the services of the petitioners. It is<br \/>\nfurther submitted by him that in similar matters, protection has been<br \/>\ngranted to similarly situated persons by this Court, therefore, the<br \/>\npetitioners may also be protected.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tUpon<br \/>\nhearing the learned advocate for the petitioners in all the<br \/>\npetitions, and as the similar protection has been granted to<br \/>\nsimilarly situated persons, as is evident from order dated 24.12.2010<br \/>\npassed in Special Civil Applications Nos.16477 of 2010 to 16480 of<br \/>\n2010, the petitioners in these petitions also deserve to be<br \/>\nprotected.
