GOPI SINGH\n                                  Versus\n                             STATE OF BIHAR\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>05\/   15.09.2010             I.A. No. 199 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                             Heard counsel for the appellants, State<\/p>\n<p>                   and the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Appellants Raja Singh and Gopi Singh<\/p>\n<p>                   are in custody for more than one year in a case of<\/p>\n<p>                   circumstantial evidence. The only evidence against<\/p>\n<p>                   them is of last seen in the company of the deceased<\/p>\n<p>                   in the evening at 6.00 p.m. The dead body was<\/p>\n<p>                   recovered next day at 6.00 a.m. There is no<\/p>\n<p>                   evidence with regard to the period in between.<\/p>\n<p>                             Considering these facts, prayer for bail<\/p>\n<p>                   on behalf of appellants, namely, Raja Singh and<\/p>\n<p>                   Gopi Singh is allowed.
