It is the case of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner that      Kollam  Charitable Trust  in which petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>the Secretary is developing the property.  But respondents 1 to<\/p>\n<p>5  are   obstructing   the   same   and   lives   of     petitioner  and   other<\/p>\n<p>trustees   are   in   danger.     Govt.Pleader   submitted   that   already<\/p>\n<p>case   was   registered   against   the   son   of     6th  respondent   and<\/p>\n<p>some others.  If there is any objection in developing the land, it<\/p>\n<p>is   for   the   respondents   to   approach   civil   court   or   statutory<\/p>\n<p>authorities.   But they cannot take law into their hands.   In the<\/p>\n<p>above   circumstances,   police   is   directed   to   grant   adequate<\/p>\n<p>protection   to   the   petitioner   and   members   of   the   trust   unless<\/p>\n<p>there is any prohibitory orders from the civil court or statutory<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C).5178\/2007                    2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>authorities.
