Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :10\/02\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                            S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                      ==================\n                       W.P.(C).No. 29060 of 2010\n                      ==================\n              Dated this the 10th day of February, 2011\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner, who has retired on 31.3.2010 from the service of<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent-Municipality, has filed this writ petition complaining<\/p>\n<p>of delay in disbursal of pension, arrears of pension, DCRG, provident<\/p>\n<p>fund amount, commuted value of pension and arrears of dearness<\/p>\n<p>allowance. Originally, the 2nd respondent took the stand that the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent has to sanction the retirement benefits of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, I directed the learned Government Pleader to get<\/p>\n<p>instructions on the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced<\/p>\n<p>before me an order passed by the 1st respondent, wherein the<\/p>\n<p>retirement benefits of the petitioner have been sanctioned. The<\/p>\n<p>learned standing counsel for the 2nd respondent seeks two months&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>time to disburse the retirement benefits due to the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>      3.
