The Doctor who treated him has<\/p>\n<p>  &#8220;..g;1ae:\u00a7cs.::;;1 it his evidence that the fracture in the right pubic<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;-\u00abi\u00ab.-boiteixi\u00e9as not united pmperiy and as a resuit, the iniumd was<\/p>\n<p>&#8221; to squat and continue his duty as a leader. The Doctor<\/p>\n<p>assessed the pezmanent disability at 13%.
