The     and the<br \/>\nmspondcnte   the trial Court. Accused<br \/>\nNo.1  a  Accused No.2 to 10 were its<br \/>\n  the dark working in the \ufb01mt<br \/>\n  .  \ufb01led a complaint under<\/p>\n<p>   Cr. against the accused for the offences<\/p>\n<p>   \u00e9zgeer Section 277, 276(0) and 273 and 278-3 of<\/p>\n<p>thTe._ Income?&#8217;  Act. The trial Court noticed that except<\/p>\n<p>  16,7 ,9, and 10, the remaining accused are dead and<\/p>\n<p>  each the pmocedings against them were abated. During<\/p>\n<p>     pendency of this proceedings, accused N07 died and as<\/p>\n<p>such the proceedings against hira also is bated. New the<br \/>\n&#8216;\\\/&#8217;*&#8221;&#8216;\\,<\/p>\n<p>proceedings are only against the accused No. 1 \ufb01rm, accused<\/p>\n<p>No.2, 4 and 5 who are the partners of the \ufb01nza.<\/p>\n<p>3. Further, it is noticed that all the accused<\/p>\n<p>htthaee not paxticipated in the preparation of \ufb01ling of the<\/p>\n<p> returns with the Income Tax Authority.
