Permission<br \/>\nwas granted.  Papers are before the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tPresent Civil<br \/>\nApplication is filed by the Chief Officer, Borsad Nagarpalika<br \/>\nrequesting that necessary directions be issued to all the relevant<br \/>\nparties, viz. Gujarat Pollution Control Board, District Collector,<br \/>\nAnand, Chief Officer, Borsad Nagarpalika and Mamlatdar, Borsad so as<br \/>\nto see that appropriate land is earmarked for, ?SCharmkund?? in<br \/>\nplace of land bearing survey No.302 of Borsad, which is earmarked by<br \/>\nthe Collector for the purpose.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe learned<br \/>\nadvocate for the applicant submitted that the land bearing survey<br \/>\nNo.302 of Borsad is situated close to a water tank (Talav).
