Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :06\/02\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                           ===================\n\n                      W.P.(C) NO. 4392 OF 2008 W\n\n                     ===========================\n\n\n               Dated this the 6th day of February, 2008\n\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners   submit   that   they   are   Tsunami   victims   and   have<\/p>\n<p>suffered   huge   loss.   According   to   the   petitioners,   similarly   situated<\/p>\n<p>victims   got   their   cases   considered   by   the   Permanent   Lok   Adalath<\/p>\n<p>following   Ext.P9   judgment   of   this   court   and   that   awards   have   been<\/p>\n<p>passed granting them  compensation.    It is submitted that  their case<\/p>\n<p>being similar to the beneficiaries of Ext.P9 judgment, they should also<\/p>\n<p>be   given   freedom   to   pursue   their   claim   before   the   Permanent   Lok<\/p>\n<p>Adalath.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.
