No.19208 of 2011\n                                     Wakil Singh And Ors.\n                                              Versus\n                                      The State Of Bihar\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2        29-6-2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioners should    have    surrendered    for     benefit   of<\/p>\n<p>                     anticipatory bail as per order dated 26th March, 2011 passed in<\/p>\n<p>                     Cr.Misc.No. 41429 of 2010, within        six weeks from the date of that<\/p>\n<p>                     order. Obviously they did not do so under some misconception on<\/p>\n<p>                     account of minor correction in that order on 20th April, 2011.<\/p>\n<p>                                  In the facts of the case, benefit of doubt is given to the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners that on account of calculating six weeks time from 20 th<\/p>\n<p>                     April, 2011 they could not surrender, although there was no scope to<\/p>\n<p>                     make such an error.
