             Petitioner   claims   that   she   is   entitled   for   promotion   to<\/p>\n
the   post   of   Chief   Tutor   from   2.4.2002.     She   has   filed   Ext.P3<\/p>\n
representation before the first respondent.   In case no action has<\/p>\n
been taken  in the matter, petitioner may  produce a copy  of this<\/p>\n
judgment before the first respondent, in which case, appropriate<\/p>\n
orders   in   accordance   with   law   on   Ext.P3   will   be   passed   within<\/p>\n
another three months.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
             The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n
