State of Raj. &amp; Anr.\n \nDate of Order       ::    30\/7\/2010\n\nHon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Rastogi \n\nMs. Pradeep Lata Mathur, for petitioner.\n\t\tCounsel submits that petitioner was transferred vide subsequent order dt.28.7.07 from Hindauncity, Karauli to Katthari, Barmer against vacant post which was challenged by way of filing appeal before Service Appellate Tribunal and pending appeal, the operation of the order remained stayed and the petitioner was allowed to work at Karauli. However, appeal has been dismissed on 11.5.2010. This Court on 26.7.2010 directed the counsel for petitioner to seek instructions from her client and inform this Court as to whether post at Katthari, Barmer where the petitioner was transferred is still lying vacant or has been filled up by some other incumbent.\n\t\tCounsel, on instructions, informed this Court that the post against which petitioner was transferred has been filled up at Katthari, Barmer and in these circumstances, counsel submits that if the order impugned herein is allowed to be implemented, that may cause prejudice to him.\n\t\tIn the meanwhile, operation of order dt.28.7.07 bearing dispatch no.1929-2640 till further orders shall remain stayed.
