<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=Title%20\">Title <\/a>: Need to release funds for setting up of a Valve Cluster in Hubli, Karnataka under the Industrial Infrastructure Upgradation Scheme. <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=SHRI%20MANJUNATH%20KUNNUR%20\">SHRI MANJUNATH KUNNUR <\/a>(<a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=DHARWAD%20SOUTH\">DHARWAD SOUTH<\/a>): \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sir, I wish to bring to the kind notice that there is a need to sanction Valve Cluster in Hubli, Karnataka under the Industrial Infrastructure Upgradation Scheme by the Ministry.\u00a0 Hubli is the most backward area in the North Karnataka.\u00a0 By setting up of Valve Cluster in Hubli, it would provide employment to 5,000 persons.\u00a0 Hubli would be an attraction to the Multi National Companies (MNCs) as it has huge potential to become an international market because of its geographical placement and quality products of valves and pumps.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Till now, only Bangalore has been identified as a Machine Tool Cluster.\u00a0 At present, there is an imbalance between the South and North Karnataka.\u00a0 Therefore, it has become absolutely necessary to give top priority to the Valve Cluster in Hubli.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 It would be pertinent to point out that Hubli-Dharwad Valve Cluster in Karnataka has been approved by the State Government.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 I request the Government to sanction a Valve Cluster in Hubli on top priority and funds be released for this purpose.\u00a0 Further, Karnataka should not be deprived of this important cluster when other States have already been sanctioned funds for 4\/5 clusters.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0 <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lok Sabha Debates Need To Release Funds For Setting Up Of A Valve Cluster In Hubli, &#8230;
