BHORE, DISTT.- GOPALGANJ\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>8   22.06.2011              The     opposite            party,      Panchayat<\/p>\n<p>                 Secretary,       who    is     present     in    Court,   has<\/p>\n<p>                 supplied     the       original        appointment    letter<\/p>\n<p>                 dated   16.05.2011           through     his    counsel   Sri<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Madan Kumar Mishra who has handed it over to<\/p>\n<p>Sri Bipin Bihari Singh, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>the   petitioner.           By    this       letter,     petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has been appointed as a Panchayat Teacher in<\/p>\n<p>the Primary School Chhatiyawan.<\/p>\n<p>           Learned         counsel          for   the     petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits     that          the     father&#8217;s         name     of    the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as Shri<\/p>\n<p>Pati Narayan Tiwary. It should be Shri Pati<\/p>\n<p>Narayan Mishra.\n<\/p>\n<p>           The     appointment               letter       shall    be<\/p>\n<p>treated as corrected to that extent. Since<\/p>\n<p>the appointment letter has been handed over<\/p>\n<p>to    learned     counsel          for      the    petitioner     in<\/p>\n<p>Court today, the petitioner is directed to<\/p>\n<p>present herself before the headmaster of the<\/p>\n<p>school within three days along with the said<\/p>\n<p>appointment letter. On her appearance and on<\/p>\n<p>receipt     of        the        appointment            letter    the<\/p>\n<p>headmaster       of       the    school       shall      accept   the<\/p>\n<p>joining     of        the        petitioner         as    Panchayat<\/p>\n<p>Teacher in the school.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Learned              counsel           appearing       for<\/p>\n<p>opposite     party              no.9     submits         that     the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has been appointed after removing<\/p>\n<p>opposite    party          no.9.       He    submits      that    the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          opposite     party     no.9   is    aggrieved   by   his<\/p>\n<p>          removal and the appointment of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>          in his place. Therefore, he seeks liberty to<\/p>\n<p>          challenge the same in accordance with law in<\/p>\n<p>          an appropriate proceeding.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     That liberty is granted to opposite<\/p>\n<p>          party no.9.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     In view of this development, learned<\/p>\n<p>          counsel for the petitioner submits that he<\/p>\n<p>          does not intend to proceed in the matter and<\/p>\n<p>          he   seeks       permission        to   withdraw     the<\/p>\n<p>          application.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     The   MJC    application     is   accordingly<\/p>\n<p>          disposed of as withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Arvind\/                          ( J.
