No.15032 of 2011\n                                  JATA SHANKAR ROY\n                                           Versus\n                                  THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.      22.06.2011                    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                           state.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Forty six (46) kilograms of Ganja is recovered<\/p>\n<p>                           from dickey of a bus is said kept by this petitioner even by<\/p>\n<p>                           passengers of the bus. Petitioner&#8217;s elder brother Lal Babu<\/p>\n<p>                           Rai is said involved in business of &#8216;Ganja&#8217; while driver and<\/p>\n<p>                           Khalasi of the bus are shown in conspiracy with this<\/p>\n<p>                           petitioner in giving lift to come on bus. Lal Babu Rai and<\/p>\n<p>                           driver have rightly been allowed bail having no possession<\/p>\n<p>                           over seized &#8216;Ganja&#8217;.
