Justice A.K.BASHEER\n\n Dated :07\/10\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                H.L.DATTU, C.J. &amp; A.K.BASHEER, J.\n               ------------------------------------------------------\n                         W.P.(C) No.29324 of 2008\n                 -------------------------------------------------\n                 Dated, this the 7th day of October, 2008\n\n                                 JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>A.K.Basheer, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Petitioner seeks police protection to his life and that of<\/p>\n<p>his wife for their peaceful living in the house situated in Re.Sy No.575\/1<\/p>\n<p>of Vettiyar Village. There is a further prayer to allow him to use the<\/p>\n<p>panchayat road lying on the eastern side of his property. According to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner, respondents 3 to 6 are preventing him and his wife to use<\/p>\n<p>the panchayat road to have access to their residence.<\/p>\n<p>              2.     Sri.K.Sasikumar, learned counsel appearing for<\/p>\n<p>respondents 3 to 6 submits that the allegations made in the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>are totally incorrect and that respondents 3 to 6 have absolutely no<\/p>\n<p>intention to cause any harm to the life of the petitioner and his wife.
