Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     The prayer in the writ petition is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>           &#8220;Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus or such<\/p>\n<p>      other    writ, order    or   direction    commanding<\/p>\n<p>      respondents 1 and 2 herein to afford immediate,<\/p>\n<p>      adequate and timely protection for the conduct of<\/p>\n<p>      stage carriage services by the     petitioners on the<\/p>\n<p>      strength of Exts.P1, P2 &amp; P3 permits issued to them<\/p>\n<p>      against any let, obstruction or hindrance from the<\/p>\n<p>      side of respondents 3 and 4 herein&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>     2. We have already passed an interim order dated<\/p>\n<p>20\/7\/2010 which has been subsequently extended. As long as<\/p>\n<p>facts are as they stand pleaded in the writ petition, we feel that<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner may be entitled to the benefit of the order. In such<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, we dispose of the writ petition directing<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C)NO. 22645\/2010          -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>respondents 1 and 2 to provide protection for the conduct of<\/p>\n<p>stage carriage services by the petitioners on the strength of<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P1 to P3 against any obstruction or hindrance from the side<\/p>\n<p>of respondents 3 and 4 as and when required.<\/p>\n<p>                                               Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    K.M.
