It is seen that the petitioners have<\/p>\n<p>already invoked the appellate remedy under Rule 22 of the KCS<\/p>\n<p>(CC&amp;A) Rules by filing Ext.P12 series of appeals before the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent.
