second respondent for ea\u00e9iotion and also for recovery of rents.<\/p>\n
He ale\u00e9f ‘Veubmittedi.V_.Vthat niprooeedings have been initiated<\/p>\n
the  respondent for resumption of land under<\/p>\n
the ~.proeieiong..__ of””.Lend Reforms Act and therefore, the<\/p>\n
oetitioeef eannot contend, the land in question is not an<\/p>\n

in question wee   has not vested in
\nthe State;  land in question was<\/p>\n
converted in__the yearA3.ti.’j\u00a7r9S2_:”:’iteelf. therefore, it is not an<\/p>\n
agriculterat ianctf  is idi\ufb01ltcutlts to believe this,” for the reason,<\/p>\n

  anything to_1v’st:oiwhthat the land in question was converted in<\/p>\n

peiit_ioeer and her sons have failed to prove that the land in<\/p>\n
