RAMKUMAR, J.\n                .........................................\n                       B.A. No.6350 of 2010\n                ..........................................\n                          Dated: 12.10.2010\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners,  who    are   accused     Nos.1    to  6  in  Crime<br \/>\nNo. 926\/2010 of Chengannur Police Station for offences punishable<br \/>\nunder Sections 143,147,148,323,324 and 308 read with 149 I.P.C.,<br \/>\nseek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<br \/>\nnature.   But at the same time,         I am inclined to permit the<br \/>\npetitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<br \/>\npurpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<br \/>\nconsidered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction. Accordingly, the<br \/>\npetitioner shall surrender before the investigating officer on        .<br \/>\n22.10.2010 or on 23.10.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and<br \/>\nrecovery of incriminating material,      if any.   The petitioners shall<br \/>\nthereafter be produced before the Magistrate concerned and file an<br \/>\napplication for regular bail. On being convinced that the petitioners<br \/>\nhave been interrogated by the police, the Magistrate shall preferably<br \/>\non the same date on which the application is filed, release the<br \/>\npetitioners on bail on each of the petitioners executing a bond for<br \/>\nRs. 15,000\/- (Rupees       fifteen thousand only) with two solvent<br \/>\nsureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<br \/>\nMagistrate and subject to the following conditions:-\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A.No.6350 \/2010                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.    The    petitioners     shall report  before   the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all<br \/>\n             Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. The petitioners shall make themselves available for<br \/>\n             interrogation including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n             when required by the Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             3.    Petitioners shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n             prosecution witnesses nor shall they attempt to tamper<br \/>\n             with the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.    Petitioners shall not commit any offence while on<br \/>\n             bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>              5.
