RAMKUMAR, J.\n                         ======================\n                           B.A. No.6087 of 2010\n                         ======================\n                             Dated: 13.10.2010\n\n                                   ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Petitioners, who are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No. 662\/2010 of<\/p>\n<p>Payyannur Police Station for an offence punishable under Section 498A<\/p>\n<p>I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.<\/p>\n<p>       3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this nature.<\/p>\n<p>But at the same time, I am inclined to permit the petitioners to surrender<\/p>\n<p>before the Investigating Officer for the purpose of interrogation and then<\/p>\n<p>to have their application for bail considered by the Magistrate having<\/p>\n<p>jurisdiction.   Accordingly, the petitioners shall surrender before the<\/p>\n<p>investigating officer on 25.10.2010 or on 26.10.2010 for the purpose<\/p>\n<p>of interrogation and recovery of incriminating material,     if any.
