The acquisition is for the purpose of Kannur Power<\/p>\n<p>Project. It is brought to our notice that there is no appeal against<\/p>\n<p>the relied on judgment in L.A.R.No.98\/02 on the file of the Sub<\/p>\n<p>Court, Thalassery.
