The    apprehension of         the     petitioners is\n\nthat such transfer may be made just to extend some\n\nadditional benefit to some blue eyed persons.\n\n\n\n           It is the position admitted by counsel for\n\nthe petitioners that yet no decision is taken by the\n\nrespondents      for    transferring          the    community      health\n\ncentre. In such circumstances I do not consider it\n\nappropriate      to    interfere       with    the    matter     at    this\n\nstage. Beside the above, it is also relevant to note\n\nthat the petitioners are having no statutory right to\n\nhave community health centre at a specific location in\n\ntown Gadra Road.
