RAMKUMAR, J.\n                    ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~\n              Bail Application No.6098 of 2010\n              ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~\n              DATED: 5th day of October, 2010\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>who is the 1st accused in Crime No.75\/2010 of Pozhiyoor Police<\/p>\n<p>Station for offences punishable under Secs. 308 and 324 read<\/p>\n<p>with 34 I.P.C., seeks his enlargement on bail.      Petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>arrested on 21.8.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Having regard to the nature of the        offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by      the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>present stage of investigation of the case and the other<\/p>\n<p>circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released<\/p>\n<p>on bail with effect from 18.10.2010 on his executing a bond for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen     thousand only) with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate concerned and subject to the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<p>Bail Application No.6098 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                        2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                1.    The petitioner shall report before the<br \/>\n                Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n                a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                2. The petitioner shall make himself available<br \/>\n                for interrogation as and when required by the<br \/>\n                police till the filing of the final report.<\/p>\n<p>                 3..   The     petitioner shall not influence or<br \/>\n                 intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<br \/>\n                 he attempt to tamper with the evidence for<br \/>\n                 the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                  4.
