APP (DB) No.1179 of 2010\n                                 SIKENDRA KUNWAR\n                                         Versus\n                                   STATE OF BIHAR\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/   11.10.2010             Lower court records have been received.<\/p>\n<p>                            Appellant Sikendra Kunwar is the husband of deceased<\/p>\n<p>                  Nitu Kumari, who was married to the appellant on 1.3.2000 and<\/p>\n<p>                  killed in the night of 30.4.2006.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            The evidence on record is there to show continued torture<\/p>\n<p>                  for not fulfilling the demands of dowry and there are strong<\/p>\n<p>                  circumstances to show that deceased was killed inside the house by<\/p>\n<p>                  the family members and the dead body was also cremated inside the<\/p>\n<p>                  house, which itself is a strong circumstance to show that it was not a<\/p>\n<p>                  natural death.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering all evidence and the period for which the<\/p>\n<p>                  appellant has remained in custody, we do not feel inclined to grant<\/p>\n<p>                  bail to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Prayer for bail is rejected.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n      Anil\/<\/p>\n<p>                                          (Mridula Mishra, J.)<\/p>\n<p>                                          ( Dharnidhar Jha, J.)\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Sikendra Kunwar vs State Of Bihar on 11 October, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CR.
