Case No. 99\/2009 for<\/p>\n<p>                        offences under Sections 147\/148\/149\/353\/307\/171(e)<\/p>\n<p>                        of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act,<\/p>\n<p>                        pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                        Saharsa.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    In this case instituted against unknown.<\/p>\n<p>                        Petitioner&#8217;s    name     emerged      during    investigation.<\/p>\n<p>                        Submission is that in the PACs Election some<\/p>\n<p>                        misunderstanding might have been caused, but there is<\/p>\n<p>                        nothing against the petitioner except disclosure of his<\/p>\n<p>                        name in the extra judicial confession. Under similarly<\/p>\n<p>                        situated circumstances co-accused Sudhir Yadav @<\/p>\n<p>                        Sushil Yadav and others have already been granted<\/p>\n<p>                        privilege by a Bench of this Court vide order dated<\/p>\n<p>                        31.03.2011 passed in Cr. Misc.
