The acquisition is for International Airport.<\/p>\n<p>It is submitted that the relied on judgment in LAA 230\/96 has<\/p>\n<p>become final by the judgment dated 10.10.2007 in LAA 776\/01.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, there is no reason to condone the delay.
