The District Collector,\n    Cuddalore, Cuddalore District \t\t\t\t.. Respondents\n\nPRAYER: Writ Petition came to be numbered by transfer of O.A. No.8225 of 1999 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal to direct the respondents to relax the age of the petitioner and appoint in Government service or any other department of the State Government through out the state as Junior Assistant or Typists or any other post available according to the petitioner's qualification.\n                        \n\t\tFor Petitioner   \t  :  \tMr. A. Chandrasekar\n\n\t\tFor Respondent\t  :  \tMr. S. Sivashanmugam\n\t\t\t  \t\t     \tGovernment Advocate \n                                       \t\t\t\t\t  \t       \nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to relax the age of the petitioner and appoint in Government service or any other department of the State Government through out the state as Junior Assistant or Typists or any other post available according to the petitioner&#8217;s qualification.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that a representation has been made on 05.01.1999 by the petitioner for the aforesaid relief and the same has not been considered so far.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. Heard Mr. S. Sivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. At this point of time, if the grievance of the petitioner still subsists, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation in continuation of the representation dated 05.01.1999. The respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with a copy of this order.
