The  {ms Court claiming to be a\n\n_..   carrying on civil works such\n\n *.as of canals, roads, buildings drainages etc\n\n of the State and also: for\n\n &#039; &#039;local  it is the contention of the petitioner\nV    &#039;jib: \ufb01ndertak3n&#039; g such contract work, the miner\n  required such as jelly, sand etc are purchased\n\n   the petitionars from quarry owners and also \ufb01om\n\nother private saumes. Hence the petitioner contends\n\nL\n\n&#039;1\n\n\n\nthat since the petitioner himself does not undertake the\n\nquarrying work, he is not liable to pay myalty \n\nof such minor minerals and the   \n\nerronecusly deducted royalty. \ufb01e&#039; fofa O\n\nmandamus to direct the   to \n\nroyalty from the bills of  sinsistww\n\nthe peti\ufb01oner to pmdpce gihe   r\u00e9ceipts by\n\ntheir Vendors.\n\n3.
