It is fairly stated that the matter in issue is now pending before<br \/>\nthe Labour Officer (Conciliation), 1,  Rue  Suffren,  Pondicherry,  the  first<br \/>\nrespondent herein.\n<\/p>\n<p>        3.   In  such circumstances, I am of the view that both parties are at<br \/>\nliberty to submit their case before the Conciliation Officer and depending  on<br \/>\nthe outcome of the conciliation proceedings, necessary follow-up action can be<br \/>\ntaken.   The  first respondent herein is directed to complete the conciliation<br \/>\nproceedings and take a decision one way or  other  within  a  period  of  four<br \/>\nmonths from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>        5.   In view of the above order, the petitioner herein is permitted to<br \/>\ncontinue in the same Cone Winding Department.\n<\/p>\n<p>        6.  With the above observations, these writ petitions are disposed of.<br \/>\nNo costs.
