RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n\n  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n            W.P.(C).No.30904 of 2009-G\n\n  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n      Dated this the 30th day of October, 2009.\n\n                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>1.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p> learned Central Government Counsel for the first<\/p>\n<p> respondent and the learned Government Pleader for<\/p>\n<p> the second respondent.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.Ext.P12 issued by the State of Kerala to the<\/p>\n<p> petitioner shows that the State Government had<\/p>\n<p> forwarded a verification report to the Government<\/p>\n<p> of India duly recommending the claim of the<\/p>\n<p> petitioner for Swatantrata Sainik Samman Pension<\/p>\n<p> as per State Government letter dated 14.7.2009.<\/p>\n<p> The impugned Ext.P11 has been issued by the<\/p>\n<p> Central Government in July, 2009 stating, among<\/p>\n<p> other  things,  at  paragraph    3(iii),  that the<\/p>\n<p> mandatory verification cum entitlement to pension<\/p>\n<p> report of the State Government is not available<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC30904\/09          -: 2 :-<\/span><\/p>\n<p> in this case.
