GIRI, J.\n                   -------------------------------\n                    WP(C).NO. 15163 of 2008\n                  ---------------------------------\n             Dated this the     6th day of June, 2008\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner challenges Ext.P34 notice issued prior to the<\/p>\n<p>completion of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him.<\/p>\n<p>In my view, the challenge against Ext.P34 is premature. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner obviously has a remedy against the final order that<\/p>\n<p>may be passed . In fact even if the proposal under Ext.P34 is<\/p>\n<p>confirmed, the petitioner has a remedy by way of an appeal. In<\/p>\n<p>that view of the matter, I do not propose to consider the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner&#8217;s contention at this stage.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of making it<\/p>\n<p>clear that the petitioner is to avail of the alternate remedy by<\/p>\n<p>way of an appeal, once an order is passed by the Director, if he is<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved by the same.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       V.
