Misc. Cases arise out of the<\/p>\n<p>                 same case i.e. Dehari P.S. Case No. 228 of 2011 registered<\/p>\n<p>                 under Sections-406, 420, 467, 472, 120B of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>                 Code and accordingly, they are being heard and disposed of by<\/p>\n<p>                 this common order.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             Heard learned counsels for the petitioners as well as<\/p>\n<p>                 learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the state.<\/p>\n<p>                             Petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 21226 of 2011 is said to<\/p>\n<p>                 be     Managing    Director   of   Assonance    Marketing    and<\/p>\n<p>                 Advertisement Pvt Ltd. whereas petitioner in Cr. Misc. No.<\/p>\n<p>                 20937 of 2011 appears to be an employee of the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                 company.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             It is also alleged that both petitioners collected Rs<\/p>\n<p>                 8,000\/- each from the informant and other persons on pretext of<\/p>\n<p>                 providing them job but the informant smelled foul and when<\/p>\n<p>                 inquired about the genuineness of the above-said company, he<\/p>\n<p>                 came to know that petitioners not only cheated him but some<\/p>\n<p>                 other persons also. Petitioners are languishing in jail custody<\/p>\n<p>                 since 24.04.2011 and the investigation of this case has already<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        been completed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                  In the aforesaid circumstances, let the petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>        namely, Shashi Prakash (in Cr. Misc. No. 21226 of 2011 ) and<\/p>\n<p>        Sanjay Kumar (in Cr. Misc. No. 20937 of 2011) be released on<\/p>\n<p>        bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each<\/p>\n<p>        with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with<\/p>\n<p>        Dehari P.S.
