Also, the Appellant had requested for<br \/>\nthe information in Hindi whereas the PIO had replied in English.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>The FAA directed the PIO to supply the information in Hindi to the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appeal was filed by the Respondent in order to keep the submissions of the Respondent<br \/>\non record and to direct the Appellant to co-operate<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant :   Mr. Jawahar Singh.\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr Gopalkrishnan (APIO, Engineering Officer, Civil) on behalf of PIO<br \/>\nCivil Mr SK Sharma. Mr Pradeep Aggarwal (CPIO). Mrs Veena Narang (PIO, Fire Deptt<br \/>\nNDMC) on behalf of earlier PIO Mr Jasbir Singh.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The Mr Gopalkrishnan states that the information has been provided by different<br \/>\ndivisions since the PIO of Electric Establishment-II transferred it to various departments<br \/>\nof NDMC. Some of them have given some information to the Appellant. However, Mr<br \/>\nGopalkrishnan has informed the Commission that the consolidated information is<br \/>\navailable now with Mr Chawla (Dy. director), Civil Establishment.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Mr Chawla (PIO and Dy.
