SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                ------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C)No.24227 OF 2008\n              ----------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 12th day of August, 2008\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioners are the owners of certain properties, which<\/p>\n<p>have been directed to be restored to the petitioners as per orders<\/p>\n<p>of the Forest Tribunal, as confirmed by this Court. Although the<\/p>\n<p>properties have been restored, the same have not been surveyed<\/p>\n<p>and boundaries demarcated is the grievance of the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioners have filed Ext.P4 petition seeking survey and<\/p>\n<p>demarcation of the properties before the 2nd respondent.       The<\/p>\n<p>petitioners seek a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>take appropriate action on Ext.P4 expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I have heard the learned Special Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>also.\n<\/p>\n<p>      In the facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition with a direction to the 2nd respondent to take<\/p>\n<p>appropriate action on Ext.P4 to get the properties in question<\/p>\n<p>surveyed and boundaries demarcated, as expeditiously as<\/p>\n<p>possible, at any rate, within a period of six months from the date<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c)No.24227\/08                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The petitioners shall<\/p>\n<p>forward a certified copy of this judgment along with a copy of<\/p>\n<p>the writ petition to the 2nd respondent for compliance.<\/p>\n<p>                                         S.
