BHOJ MAHTO\n                                  Versus\n                             STATE OF BIHAR\n                                  -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   28.09.2010              Admit the appeal.<\/p>\n<p>                              Call for the lower court records.<\/p>\n<p>                              Appellants have been          convicted under<\/p>\n<p>                   Section 302\/149 and 447 of the IPC.<\/p>\n<p>                              There     is   consistent   evidence   against<\/p>\n<p>                   appellant no. 1 Ramnath Mahto that he assaulted the<\/p>\n<p>                   deceased Jagdish with Farsa on his right hand. So far<\/p>\n<p>                   other appellants are concerned, allegation against them<\/p>\n<p>                   is that they assaulted the deceased on vital part with<\/p>\n<p>                   Bhala and Farsa.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Considering this fact, prayer for bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   behalf of appellant no. 1, namely, Ramnath Mahto is<\/p>\n<p>                   allowed.
