Primafacie it appears<br \/>\nthat  the Award based whereupon the order of recovery made is<br \/>\nimpugned in this petition itself was modified whereunder  the workman<br \/>\ngave-up his claim for backwages completely and therefore  the<br \/>\nobligation on the part of the employer is only to reinstate the<br \/>\nworkman. Time taken to reinstate the workman to be counted  to<br \/>\nworkman&#8217;s entitlement for salary or full wages.
