This writ petition has been filed by the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner for directing the respondents to make payment of work<\/p>\n<p>                   done as per the contract with the authorities with respect to the<\/p>\n<p>                   urgent pot holes and flank repair work in KM.35 to 41 of Hajipur-<\/p>\n<p>                   Muzaffarpur section of NH-77 for the year 2005-06.<\/p>\n<p>                                    3. It is stated that the said work had been done<\/p>\n<p>                   and the amount is admittedly payable but in spite of petitioner&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>                   application dated 08.06.2010 (Annexure-2 series) no payment is<\/p>\n<p>                   being made.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    4. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances this<\/p>\n<p>                   writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the authority<\/p>\n<p>                   concerned to dispose of the said application of the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   make payment of the admitted dues to the petitioner within three<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         months from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order.<\/p>\n<p>         However, if the certain amount\/or interest is in dispute the<\/p>\n<p>         petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the same before an<\/p>\n<p>         appropriate forum.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Harish                                    (S.N.
