DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 05\/08\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tRule.\n<\/p>\n<p> Learned APP, waives service of rule on behalf of respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\npetition is preferred by the petitioner who has undergone around 12<br \/>\nyears and 10 months out of life conviction for grant of parole on the<br \/>\nground that he would like to support his family who is not<br \/>\neconomically well and further he has to undertake the treatment of<br \/>\nthumb.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHeard<br \/>\nlearned APP for the respondent-State and submits that jail record of<br \/>\nthe petitioner is unsatisfactory barring two minor punishment in the<br \/>\npast whenever the applicant was granted temporary bail and parole, he<br \/>\nhad reported in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsidering<br \/>\noverall aspects, a case is made out to grant two weeks of parole to<br \/>\nthe petitioner.  Under the circumstances, the petitioner is granted<br \/>\ntwo weeks of parole from the date of his release on furnishing a<br \/>\npersonal bond of Rs.2,000\/- with the satisfaction of the jail<br \/>\nauthority on usual terms and conditions.  On completion of parole<br \/>\nperiod, petitioner shall report to the jail authority in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>[ANANT<br \/>\nS.
