RADHAKRISHNAN, J\n                          -------------------\n                       W.P.(C).35471\/2009\n                          --------------------\n          Dated this the 23rd day of December, 2009\n\n                          JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     The petitioner says that he has filed statutory petition<\/p>\n<p>under Section 85(8) of the Kerala Land Reforms Act before the<\/p>\n<p>Taluk Land Board. The learned Government Pleader submits<\/p>\n<p>that the issue relating to the land in question is covered by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.R1(b) order with the petitioner&#8217;s mother on the array. The<\/p>\n<p>application of the petitioner being a statutory one, let orders be<\/p>\n<p>passed on that in accordance with law. Let this be done within<\/p>\n<p>a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.    If the petitioner desires for any further interim<\/p>\n<p>order, that may be sought for from the Taluk Land Board.<\/p>\n<p>     The writ petition is ordered accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                      THOTTATHIL B.
