The said relief was granted in light of the submission of<br \/>\nthe learned advocate for the applicant-appellant that the insurance<br \/>\ncompany has deposited the entire awarded amount with interest and<br \/>\ncost.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAs<br \/>\nmentioned above, despite repeated opportunities the opponents have<br \/>\nnot remained present though served and in view of the fact that the<br \/>\nappeal has been admitted and the opponents have not remained present<br \/>\nto oppose the application, ad interim relief granted by order dated<br \/>\n16\/3\/2010 is hereby confirmed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis further directed that the learned Tribunal shall immediately<br \/>\ninvest the entire awarded amount in fixed deposit with nationalised<br \/>\nbank in the name of Nazir of the Tribunal.  The opponents or any one<br \/>\non their behalf will not be allowed to create in any manner<br \/>\nwhatsoever any charge against the fixed deposit.  The fixed deposit<br \/>\nwill be taken out in cumulative interest scheme and interest will not<br \/>\nbe disbursed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tSince<br \/>\nthe present order is passed in absence of the opponents, it would be<br \/>\nopen to the opponents to move appropriate application for<br \/>\nmodification in the order or for disbursement.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tWith<br \/>\nthe aforesaid clarification and direction, the relief prayed for in<br \/>\npara-8(A) is confirmed and it will enure until the final decision of<br \/>\nthe appeal.
