Case No.224 of 2009 instituted inter alia under<\/p>\n<p>                       Section 302\/149 of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         From the F.I.R. it is clear that a mob of over 200 people<\/p>\n<p>                       had attacked and killed the deceased. It is also alleged that it was at<\/p>\n<p>                       the instigation of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         Learned counsel for the petitioner states that because of<\/p>\n<p>                       criminal activities of the deceased it is the entire village which had<\/p>\n<p>                       taken up arms against him and petitioner has been wrongly singled as<\/p>\n<p>                       the instigator.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         Be that as it may, let the petitioner above-named be<\/p>\n<p>                       released on bail on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- (Rupees Ten<\/p>\n<p>                       Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>                       the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa<\/p>\n<p>                       Sadar P.S.
