wherein, an award was passed in his favour. The<\/p>\n
petitioner refers to the said incident to be the cause for the<\/p>\n
absence from duty. According to the petitioner, the non<\/p>\n

dated 13,g4.20ioo2it~.aiisegmg that, the petitioner has<\/p>\n
 renieined unau’t’i’ior_i_s.edly absent from 27.02.2000, despite<\/p>\n
‘ cVai’!._no–t_i_’ce ‘sent.._to report to duty. Petitioner did not report<\/p>\n
f”0r”d’uty”  more than one year and was dismissed from<\/p>\n
